Neuthread and Style3D join forces to connect circular fashion with AI and 3D technology

Manchester & Stockton-on-Tees, UK. 7 September 2026 – Neuthread, the circular fashion brand developed by UK charity Daisy Chain Autism and Neurodiversity, and fashion technology company Style3D have announced a new collaboration bringing together circular fashion, neurodivergent creativity and digital fashion development.

The collaboration will help advance Daisy Chain’s Neuthread fashion brand, which transforms unwanted and donated textiles into new fashion while creating opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent people to develop skills and experience in fashion and textile production.

Style3D will support the initiative with Style3D AI and Style3D Studio, bringing AI-powered design exploration and 3D garment development into the process.

Circular fashion meets AI + 3D

Neuthread gives discarded textiles a new life by transforming materials that might otherwise go to waste into new fashion products. The circular fashion brand combines circularity with social impact, creating opportunities for creativity, skills development and employment.

Neuthread’s wider circular fashion activity also includes Mend It, Don’t Rag It, a community skills academy focused on repair, reuse and extending the life of clothing.

Style3D’s technology adds a digital layer to the development process. Style3D AI supports creative ideation, design and digital content creation, while Style3D Studio enables garments to be developed and visualised digitally in 3D.

The collaboration also highlights the potential of digital tools to connect different stages of fashion creation – from creative ideation and AI-supported design through to 3D garment development and AI photoshoots.

By combining Neuthread’s circular approach to fashion and textile reuse with Style3D’s AI and 3D capabilities, the collaboration will explore how digital technology can support a different model of fashion development – one where design responds to existing materials, while helping to improve the efficiency, creativity and connectivity of the development process. The partnership will also contribute to Daisy Chain’s wider mission of creating opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent people through skills, creativity and employment.
