The matter has now been resolved in accordance with the law. Style3D has taken this matter seriously as an opportunity to further strengthen its internal compliance, governance, and software asset management controls to prevent any recurrence.

This judgment relates solely to individual misconduct and does not affect the integrity, ownership, or legality of Style3D’s proprietary software products, which continue to be independently developed and lawfully provided to some of the world’s leading fashion brands.
