Sewing Plans and Assembly Instructions
With Plan.Assyst, a model template or pattern quickly becomes a reliable sewing plan or assembly instruction. Every work step is clearly marked. The plan can be created individually for each sewing station and instantly distributed at the push of a button – always up to date.
Calculation of Time and Costs
Production times and the costs for additional materials are automatically generated from the sewing plan. A highlight: the variant calculation suggests time-saving manufacturing methods.
Up-to-date Parts Lists, Templates, and Sewing Plans
All parts lists can be accessed directly in Plan.Assyst. The available templates can be loaded and edited in Assyst.CAD and are automatically updated at your Plan.Assyst workstation.
Integration into Your Own IT Environment
Importing data: For sewing plan creation, templates from Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, or other systems can be easily imported via AAMA. Importing pattern data from Assyst.CAD offers even more: the link between the parts and the CAD system is retained. Any parts modified in the CAD system can be updated in the sewing plan system at the push of a button.
Processing data further: To distribute the plans, you can send them to a plotter or digitally via our secure EU-based cloud – all with a single click.
The completed plans can also be exported for analysis or integrated directly into SAP. You receive the data as PDF, Word, Excel, or XML files for your ERP system.
